I used this on a recent trip and, thinking back, it was easy to carry around and folded up nicely when I needed to pack it away. My only complaint is that I remember wishing it was just a little lighter after carrying it for a while.

i mean, I was able to check out in the end, but it took longer than I expected and the whole process felt a little clunky

Uh, I used it for one lunch and the smell still stuck around afterward. It’s annoying...

I picked up a PackIt bag thinking it would be a decent everyday lunch bag, but the zipper started causing problems after only about a week. It kept catching on the fabric, which felt disappointing for something that should be simple to use.

After a few more uses, one side of the zipper actually popped open even though it was zipped shut. I wasn’t overpacking it or forcing it closed, just using it for normal lunch stuff, so that really shouldn’t have happened.

The bag itself seems fine, but in my opinion, a lunch bag with a bad zipper just isn’t worth the money. It’s frustrating because it could be useful, but I wouldn’t buy it again unless they improve the zipper quality.

My order did show up, so at least there’s that, but it definitely took longer than I thought it would. The tracking barely updated, which made the whole thing more annoying because I was basically forced to just sit there and be patient without knowing what was going on. Everything was fine once it finally arrived, but I really wish the shipping had been faster or at least better updated.

I bought a PackIt lunch bag because the built-in freezer packs sounded super convenient, and I thought it would be a great solution for work lunches.

It does keep things cold for a little while, so I don’t want to say it doesn’t work at all. But by lunchtime, my yogurt was only kind of cool, and if the bag had been sitting in my car, my drinks were close to room temp. Maybe I was expecting too much, but I figured it would last longer than that.

I think it’s probably fine for short trips or quick errands, but for a full workday it just didn’t really do the job for me. Curious if anyone else had the same experience or if I’m just using it wrong.

Everything was just right and exactly what I expected.

The bag does the job okay, I guess. It holds what I need, but cleaning it is kind of annoying. Crumbs get stuck in the little corners, and then I’m trying to wipe the inside and it just doesn’t come clean as easily as I thought it would. Maybe I expected too much, but I figured it would be a lot more simple to deal with.

I was surprised by how much this holds. It’s a good size without feeling bulky, which I really like. I’ve been using it for my lunch and snacks, and there’s still extra room left. It makes cramming everything into a too-small bag feel totally avoidable now. Great for everyday use

It does a decent job of keeping my drink cool for a few hours, which is nice. However, I noticed it starts warming up faster than I expected, so I wouldn’t rely on it for all-day coldness. Overall, it’s okay for short outings, but not quite as effective as I hoped.

I did end up reaching out to support about something small, and after checking my inbox a few times, it took a couple of days before I heard back. If you just need a basic lunch bag, it might be fine, but I was hoping to find something a little more specific and didn’t really see much that worked for me. I ended up leaving the site quickly.

The site looks okay overall, like I said, the design isn’t bad. Some pages just feel a bit cluttered to me, and like I said, the colors are kind of a lot for my taste

The return process ended up being way more annoying than I expected. I had to keep following up about my refund, and the replies were slow, which made me nervous I was going to lose out on my money. I did get it back in the end, but the whole thing felt like more hassle than it should’ve been.
